FAQ

  • Q What is the optimum cleaning temperature?

A Heat usually enhances and speeds up the cleaning process, and most detergent solutions are designed to work best at an elevated temperature. The best way to find the optimum temperature, which will give you the fastest, cleanest and safest results, is to run tests. Usually, the best results are within the 50°C to 65°C range.

  • Q Can I just add water to the ultrasonic cleaner to wash?

A Of course, but there is a premise, that is, the stain is some kind of dust stain, and the stain is relatively light. If the stains are serious stains such as oil stains and rust, then cleaning agents must be added. In addition, many friends buy ultrasonic cleaners to clean circuit boards. For such workpieces that need to be cleaned, they cannot be washed with clean water, only washboard water to clean.
  • Q What things shouldn’t be cleaned with ultrasonic cleaning?

A Some electronic components such as MEMS devices like gyroscopes, accelerometers and microphones can become damaged or destroyed by the high-intensity vibrations they are subjected to during ultrasonic cleaning. We do not recommend that these items be subjected to ultrasonic cleaning.
  • Q What can I not clean?

A There is very little, but if you have any doubt we strongly recommend you contact manufacturer of the item you want to clean first. However we do know that we would not recommend the following without getting approval from the manufacturer first: Some precious stones eg, emeralds Some plastics some plastics are porous and the ultrasonic cleaning can cause some whitening.

  • Q How do I properly store my ultrasonic cleaner when not in use?

A Drain the cleaning solution from the tank and remove any debris or residue.
Wipe down the tank and exterior of the cleaner with a soft, dry cloth to remove any remaining moisture.
Store the cleaner in a dry, cool location away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
If the cleaner has a cover or lid, place it securely over the tank to prevent dust and debris from entering.
If the cleaner will not be used for an extended period of time, consider covering it with a dust cover or storing it in its original packaging.

  • Q How do I dispose of an old or broken ultrasonic cleaner?

A The disposal of an old or broken ultrasonic cleaner will depend on local regulations and the type of materials used in the device. Contact your local waste management or recycling center for guidance on the proper disposal methods.
  • Q What is OEM and ODM customization?

A OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customization refers to the process of manufacturing a product according to the specifications and branding of another company, which is then sold under the buyer's brand name.
ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) customization involves developing and manufacturing a product based on the buyer's specific design requirements, including functionality, features, and appearance.
