Skymen guarantees that Skymen ultrasonic cleaner have complete relevant certifications, have been strictly tested before leaving the factory, and have no material and process defects in their original sealed packaging. Skymen promises to provide one-year warranty and lifetime maintenance service for all our products from the date of original delivery. Skymen will repair or replace products and parts thereof which prove to be defective due to improper workmanship or materials, subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in this warranty agreement. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable laws, this warranty is only valid and non-transferable to the original purchaser of the product, please keep your proof of purchase for reference when inquiring about this warranty. Our warranty is not a service contract, this warranty does not cover maintenance, cleaning or periodic inspections.
Maintenance Procedure
Once you have any questions about our machine
Please contact the direct seller/salesman who sold the machine to you first, they will provide the fastest help.
If the above personnel cannot be contacted, please fill in the following contact form or send an email to info@skymen.cc
Make a brief description of the machine problem and provide relevant pictures or videos (rear label, defective product, the overall of the machine)
Non-Warranty Covered
The following scopes are not included in the one-year free warranty:
Exceeded the warranty period
All man-made damage
Damage caused by failure to operate, maintain and store according to the product instruction manual
The user disassembles the machine for maintenance without permission
There is no warranty card or the warranty card is altered without authorization
The product model on the warranty card does not match the actual product
The product was not purchased from an authorized seller of Skymen.
Damage caused by severe Weather, Excessive Water Damage (i.e. submersion), Wind Damage, or other cause beyond our reasonable control.
Field Services
If required by customers, Skymen will provide customers with on-site services, including on-site installation guidance and training, as well as on-site troubleshooting and maintenance. There will be an additional charge for this service, please contact your salesperson for the cost.
The number of service days is calculated from the day the engineer leaves the service base to the day the engineer returns to the service base.
Customers are responsible for relevant expenses such as visas, hotels, meals, and round-trip air tickets, and your company will assist in arranging visas for our employees.
After the machine is installed or maintained, an operation test should be carried out for acceptance. The customer and our on-site service engineer sign on the acceptance confirmation letter for the normal operation of the machine.
In addition, customers can send engineers who have a certain understanding of ultrasonic equipment to our company. We will provide maintenance or replacement training for free, and a certain fee may be charged. Please contact your salesperson for the fee.
