The Guangdong High-tech Enterprises Association recently announced the official list of Guangdong Province's renowned high-tech products for 2023. Among the selected products is the 'ultrasonic cleaning machine' developed by Shaoguan Skymen Ultrasonic Technology Limited, which has been recognized as one of the '2023 Famous High-tech Products of Guangdong Province'.
The 'Guangdong Province Famous High-tech Products' initiative, a collaboration between the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Guangdong Provincial High-tech Enterprise Association, aims to foster scientific and technological innovation, enhance research capabilities, and encourage high-quality development through a provincial product honorary certification program.
Participating enterprises must meet stringent criteria. Their products and technologies must align with the 'High-tech Fields Supported by the State', have been developed and sold within the past five and three years respectively, possess Class I intellectual property rights, and adhere to national industrial policies and environmental standards.
Selection criteria for the famous high-tech products in Guangdong Province focus on five key indicators: technical sophistication, intellectual property rights, market influence, environmental compliance, and product accolades. The evaluation standards and selection conditions are rigorously applied, making the selection process challenging yet highly prestigious compared to other high-tech product evaluations in the province.
The initiative is further categorized into three segments: domestic advanced level, international advanced level, and domestic first-in-class alternative imports. Products seeking recognition must specify their technical prowess and furnish relevant supporting documentation. This includes technical standards for comparable domestic products, quality benchmarks for the products under consideration, and comparative analyses with similar domestic and international offerings, among other pertinent materials.
The assessment encompasses the type, quantity, acquisition method, application or authorization time of intellectual property rights. Additionally, it scrutinizes the relationship with the R&D project, the foundational R&D prerequisites or accomplishments, alignment with high-tech fields, advancement of intellectual property technology, and the supportive role of technology for the product.
Consider product marketing, impact and contribution to industry development, etc.
If the product and its production process involve a large impact on the environment, it is necessary to provide a test report from the environmental protection department or relevant documents such as rectification and approval.
Bonus points include various honors and certifications obtained by the product.
Together, these indicators form a complete framework for the selection of famous high-tech products in Guangdong Province, aiming to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the comprehensive performance and market value of products.During the selection process, indicators at all levels are scored in integers, with a full score of 100, and the best candidates are selected based on their application status.
